The
Level 7s train 4 days per week for a total of 15 hours and compete in between 8 to 10 meets, primarily on the East
Coast. The main emphasis for the Docksiders
Level 7s is to become Docksiders Level 8s, 9s, and 10s and eventually
get the attention of college recruiters! The mantra "Docksiders Pride"
is the cornerstone of our performance and training
philosophy...citizenship and sportsmanship above all.
