Cori McCrary Wins the Valentines Invitational

Docksider Level 6 gymnast Cori McCrary put together an incredible competition to win the All-Around title in the Valentines Invitational at Baltimore County Gymnastics with the score of 35.70.  The Docksiders Level 6 team took 3^rd place in the team competition.

Cori was also named the Champion on all four events in the 7-9 age group.  She scored an 8.80 on Vault, an 8.90 on Uneven Bars, a 9.15 on Balance Beam, and an 8.85 on Floor Exercise to take home 1^st place medals on all of the events.  This was an awesome finish for the first year Level 6!  Her teammate Melissa Shelly was crowned Balance Beam Champion in the 12-14 age group for a solid routine which earned her a score of 8.55.  Noelle DeCesare, from the Docksiders team as well, took 2^nd place on Uneven Bars with a score of 8.50.  Also competing for the team were Kerry Anne Stolcenberg and Jessi Kuhlman.

In the Level 5 division both Devin Gromen and Victoria Summers were named Champions on the Vault with scores of 8.65 and 8.35 respectively.  Docksiders Level 5 Allyson Lesher took a 3^rd place finish on the Uneven Bars with a score of 9.0.
